Eucalyptus tree pruning/cut back.

Great job. I was worried our trees would look lopped off at the top but despite cutting the tops off by about 12ft, after reshaping they actually look natural and a great shape. The garden was left perfectly tidy too. Would recommend.

Completion of job - excellent service, 10/10! Easy to communicate with prior with realistic quote, arrived promptly, work carried out within one day (as promised), didn't have to wait long, on garden with zero external access, so not a simple job. Team of 3, all polite and professional, answered all questions and went above and beyond helping to stack wood into pre-existing wood-shed (~5m3 at least of lumber), site cleaned and mulch removed. Would use again for further work + recommend highly, thrilled with result (and neighbor chuffed also!).

Cut down oak tree

Richard came and gave me a price for the work that I was very happy with. He was very polite and made me feel that the job would be absolutely no problem to sort. Richard came and sorted the job and tidied everything up afterwards. Took out 4 large conifers including all the roots. Cleaned up after, like he’d not even made a mess in the first place.

Rich and Ken were a pleasure to have do some work. Rich understood my aims for the work done and he gave his advise on the potential options. Quick turnaround for a quote and agree a date for the work. Prompt arrival on the day and they were straight to work. Work was done exactly as requested and they ensured they cleared up after themselves (to the extent that it’s tidier than when they arrived!) even the neighbours remarked at how you’d never have known they’d been (except for a smaller tree!) Would definitely recommend and will be my first contact for similar work in the future.

The team at richwood were professional and cost effective. I had no idea that the work required could be done so efficiently and safely given the close quarters to our new fence and nextdoor neighbors decking. They quoted for 3 days work and I didn't think it could be done in 3 days. They completed it in 2 and only charged me for 2. They could have slowed down and taken more money but instead got the job done in an astonishing time and left our garden tidier than when they arrived. I can't recommend these guys high enough. I wouldn't use any other company.
